Terms and Conditions for Intuitive Alignment Coaching

Services:

I offer Intuitive Alignment Sessions delivered remotely via phone or video call. These concentrated 60-minute experiences combine intuitive modalities with tailored action planning. I also offer multi-week Intuitive Alignment Coaching journeys including weekly sessions, email check-ins, exercises and more.

Scheduling:

Please schedule Alignment Sessions or coaching calls at least 1 week in advance for best availability. Payment is taken 24 hours pre-session via my website.

Pricing/Billing:

Pricing varies based on service chosen - single sessions, 6 week, 8 week or 12 week coaching. Payment will be taken 24 hours before each appointment via credit card through my scheduling system. No refunds provided unless I require rescheduling.

Rescheduling/Cancellations:

Please reschedule at least 24 hours before any booked appointment, otherwise the fee is forfeited. I reserve the right to reschedule as needed with reasonable notice.

Session Format:

Sessions are delivered via phone or HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll be asked to share priorities so we can maximize our time. Any supplemental content is provided electronically. Focus areas depend on pre-set agenda.

Client Commitment:

To fully benefit, be willing to receive feedback, complete any exercises, and keep me updated on progress between sessions. This level of engagement leads to breakthroughs.

Confidentiality:

Everything you share is completely confidential unless written consent is provided otherwise. This safe space allows for vulnerability and transformation.

Communication:

Contact between sessions should be limited to rescheduling unless you purchased supplementary check-ins as part of a multi-week program. This maintains the value.

Termination:

I reserve the right to terminate coaching if your needs require alternative support outside my scope. Refunds will be appropriately assessed.

Liability:

You accept full responsibility for any choices made before, during or after working together. Coaching should not replace any necessary medical treatment.
